Good accomodation

Pros: The location was good and the accommodation was good. The management company is super responsive and friendly.

Cons: Need more towels for the bathrooms and the breaker in two rooms kept being tripped

I'll be very happy to stay here again in teh future.

Pros: Good location. Easy to contact and communicate with staff before and during the stay.

Cons: The carpet in the master bedroom could benefit from a DEEP cleaning or replacement (for visual reasons only - no smells or anything like that)

Pros: Nice room - Pictures were accurate, and my friend was well taken care of with his Bike situation.

Cons: Front desk attendant was not friendly, not helpful, and pretty disengaged.

Wonderful

Pros: Great location and suite was very well maintained, clean and decorated beautiful. It offered all we needed minus short one robe. Loved it!

Cons: My only issue was the hot tub wasn’t opened up after we waited. Staff member took pool cover off and left area without removing hot tub cover. Myself and other guests assumed they were coming back to open up the hot tub pool. After patiently waiting over 15 minutes a person walked into front of building so I asked if they could let front desk know hot tub still not open and they said sure no problem they would pass on the message We waiting another 10!minutes nothing so I went inside and told the clerk hot tub still not open. He said take off the cover. I said so the guest are expected to remove cover? Nothing was mentioned prior. Unfortunately due to delay my family didn’t have enough time to enjoy our on last day before check out.

Canmore getaway stay.

Pros: Location was great. Close to our friend's place where he is able to walk over and join us for Dinner. We have stayed here before and will stay here again when we are in Canmore if there is availability.

Pros: Nous sommes resté une seule nuit mais avons trouvé l’endroit chaleureux et bien équipé

Cons: Il y faisait chaud car le tuyau de la climatisation mobile n’évacuait pas L’air dehors mais entre deux fenêtres fermées.

Cons: I was disappointed to find there were no games as advertised

Everything we needed and more

Pros: The park pass was a great add on!! There was extra of everything (towels, sheets, pillows, coffee, plates etc). It was clean and spacious. We didn't take advantage of the hottub but we definitely will next time!! Location is perfect (central to so many shops and hiking spots). My sister and I had our own bathrooms and we could easily have done the trip with 3-4 extra people and been comfortable here.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect. This will be my first choice for all my future trips.

Cons: Kind of Hard to find parking.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig, hervorragend ausgestattet und absolut sauber. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Im Gegenteil: Viele Kleinigkeiten, wie ein Sodastream, Kaffee, Tee, Spülmaschinentabs und mehr, waren vorhanden und haben uns positiv überrascht. Auch wenn die Einrichtung etwas älter ist, hat uns das stilvolle und gemütliche Ambiente der Wohnung von Anfang an gefallen. Der direkte Zugang zur Tiefgarage erleichtert das Ein- und Auspacken erheblich. Bei Außentemperaturen von -10 Grad ließen sich die Räumlichkeiten problemlos beheizen. Die Kommunikation per E-Mail verlief schnell und unkompliziert, auch bei der Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts. Einzig schade war, dass der Kamin nicht funktionierte. Die Rezeption wirkte zudem etwas unpersönlich und weniger bemüht, den Gästen weiterzuhelfen – dies steht jedoch in keinem Zusammenhang mit den Wohnungsinhabern. Insgesamt ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
