Pros: Vasa, the management company, was stingy with replacing toilet rolls, hand wash and blown light bulbs

We loved our stay overall and will return.

Pros: Excellent place with ski in and out access. The kitchen is well equipped.

Cons: The location is more challenging for young families. For the first 6 days of our trip there was no shuttle bus so getting to and from the village was difficult. The cleaning could be better.

We have great holidays at Big White and we will definitely will come back again.

Pros: The facilities and the space of the unit was just nice.

Cons: Do not know how to operate the dishwasher. And not able to find any manual or instruction.

Pros: Excellent location, ski in and ski out are very convenient, making you have a perfect big white ski trip. The room facilities and all supplies are very nice.

A great place to stay for a ski vacation

Pros: This property was in a great location with a terrific view. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The ski locker and access were great.

Fantastic!

Pros: The massage chair was such a treat at the end of a sky day! 10am points! Also the use of the fold up cart to use when loading and unloading the car.

Cons: There is a sound (small rattle) in the floor hearing in the bathroom in the master bathroom. Having a one parking spot but that's not the owners issue!
