Pros: Wonderful location. Lovely modern apartment. Host very helpful and accommodating, great communication. Really appreciated the upgrade to a 2 bedroom unit. Exceeded all expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Good but...

Pros: Everything is new. Comfortable. Nicely decorated. Good kitchen. Nice living room. Nice view. Good bedroom. Good washroom. Good host response time.

Cons: The apartment directly faces the Metrotown SkyTrain station, resulting in significant noise from accelerating and decelerating trains, even during late-night hours. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is not very good. Additionally, the actual location of the apartment is approximately 1 km away from the listed address, which was misleading. It's also important to note that short-term rentals are prohibited by law in this building. This made my stay feel uneasy and somewhat unlawful, which negatively impacted my overall experience.

Pros: The environment is comfortable, clean, and very quiet. Toiletries are fully provided, along with laundry detergent and basic kitchen seasonings. Parking is convenient, and the location is close to the Metrotown station and mall of Metropolis at Metrotown, all within walking distance. The area offers excellent living convenience.

Pros: Great location, handy for shops, restaurants, Sky Train and buses. Very clean and comfortable apartment, with amazing views and great facilities.

Great apartment for 2 couples, really well maintained and located next to Sky train & shopping mall.

Pros: Excellent location and on 18th floor so had great views. Balcony allowed great sightseeing, and view of distant mountains without glass in the way. 3 good lifts in the building, with security lobby. Apartment condition was excellent with premium shampoo, conditioner and shower gels, amply supply of toilet rolls and more than enough cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, pots and pans. Dishwasher and washing machine were like brand new. Excellent bathroom and en-suite with enough towels for us all.

Cons: Only one security fob and key, where 2 could have been really useful. Would have been happy to pay a deposit to have 2 security fobs to let us into the building. Was not allowed to use the electric blinds in the bedrooms or living room, which would have been really useful at night for privacy and during the day for better views.

Best view from a perfect appartment!

Pros: Great location and the appartment is totally new! It has the best view!! You can see Vancouver Island, the sea, the snowtopmountains. The appartment is very clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. A very big balconny to view the sunrise and sunset. Loved it so much!

Pros: The place felt like home. Had everything needed and more. The location right on the upcoming downtown of Burnaby next to Metrotown. The unit had very tastefull Arts. Modern furnisher. The host kept in touch and was super helpful and provided an outstanding service. Perfect !! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Cons: You can only rent the unit for very short period and the cost close to a 5 stars hotel pricing in the area!!😕
