Pros: I liked everything very much, the apartments are very clean, bright, cozy, bed linen, clean towels, clean, all necessary dishes, all equipment and appliances are new. The price-quality ratio, the service is top notch.

Excellent value for a brand new, large basement suite.

Pros: Very affordable, large, quiet, clean, basement suite in newly built neighbourhood. Easy keyless access. All the basics that you need if you want to cook onsite, including a full sized fridge.

Cons: As the neighbourhood continues to develop, parking will likely become an issue.

Pros: Beautiful new facility - well appointed and equipped with quality finishes

Cons: Outdoor stairs to enter the property could be challenging for people with mobility issues. But there is a good hand railing present to help.
