Stay Heart of Calgary

Pros: The host was very helpful and provided a lot of assistance with our stay; we stayed for quite a while. The bathroom drainage was good, and the room was warm and comfortable. The living room and kitchen were spacious, with plenty of cooking utensils and tableware available. The dining table was also large. The location was quiet and convenient, with many shops within walking distance. Sometimes non-residents would come into the lobby on the first floor to rest, because it was so cold, but they never entered the elevator area (there's another door leading to the elevator that needs to be opened, and I never encountered any non-residents coming in), so I felt it was quite safe.

Cons: The bed frame needs to be repaired.

Pros: The location of the Apartment was amazing. The Apartment itself was a good size, tidy, provided everything you needed. The owner was extremely responsive to any queues we had.

Cons: The couple of things that needed to be clearer when we were booking was there is no sofa bed - just a fold up mattress you lay out on the floor that was located in the bedroom wardrobe. Also the parking space is only really for a smaller vehicle, which unfortunately we did not have.

Pros: Andrew had great communication with us when needed. Was always quick to reply. The location is great!

Pros: The host was communicative 👍. I liked the location because it was close to my event and there are a wide variety of resturants right outside. Time of year was Aug 20th so that meant I did not need to use the portable AC unit. It was clean and kitchen had pots, utensils, dishes and a can opener plus....

Cons: The lobby downstairs did not look as good as the apartment but that's not the host fault...but it did make me wonder if I was in the right place so don't get caught of guard.

Nice Appartement

Pros: I really like the appartement. The open concept and the comfort of feeling like home. Andrew is very responsive by phone.

Cons: Being a senior, I found there'd was no carpet for in the bath? Afraid of slipping, I wored my flip-flops. I could not find a toaster? Already advised the owner of the mattress, and he said it was not a problem to change it.
