Exceptional Stay with a Caring Host!

Pros: David is an outstanding host—compassionate, understanding, and truly attentive to his guests. The space is spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could need, from appliances to linens. For what it costs, the value is unmatched, especially given David’s thoughtfulness and care. We felt welcomed from the start and highly recommend staying with him.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.

Great value for money

Pros: Although it didn't look like much at first glance from the outside, it turned out to be really good. The host and the janitor were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, the kitchen was new. The bathroom was a bit older, but nice and clean. There is a bus- stop right across the street, so it's easy to get to the city-centre. Within about 200 metres there is a petrol station where you can buy things like bottled water, ice-cream, some baked goods and bus-tickets. There is also a restaurant with the best Chinese food I have ever tasted ('Golden Sands' it's called, if I remember correctly).

Cons: Sometimes it suddenly smelled like cigarette smoke or marihuana. We came to the conclusion that it came from the neighbours, but couldn't say if it came through the vents or from outside. But the neighbours were also only guests, so that is probably not a permanent problem.

Great value for 3 nights, two couples with dogs

Pros: Great area if you have a vehicle everything is 5-10-15 minutes. One room was great it had mirrors, fan and a table. We brought our own but there were some soaps available. Google TV and internet were available.

Cons: Could use more towels, tables and seating. No hair dryer upset the ladies. Second room had a broken closet and a bed. Barely anything of use in the kitchen

Amazing location, great home

Pros: The fancy TV and Appliances really make the place a hidden sparkling gem. The host is very accommodating and very friendly. He went above and beyond my expectations, and anyone would be lucky to be hosted by David.

Cons: The basement tenants are a little rambunctious but otherwise it was manageable and never noisy passed 11pm. Overall a great home and location.

I would most definitely stay there again happily.

Pros: Great location 11 min Drive. To Sparks and zoo. Safeway's 4 min drive. Bus stop across the street if you want. Street parking right outside.

Cons: The property is older and more worn. But in my eyes that is perfectly fine. Would not suggest for an elderly person. Or someone with mobility issues.

Pros: Although I wasn't able to stay at this apartment due to scheduling conflicts, the host was very responsive and accommodating to my situation.

Good value for one night stay

Pros: Good location . We booked the house very late last night. the host arranged us the house right away and responded us quickly .

Cons: The house is a little dated and the pillows are not clean also has Oder smell

Pros: Très jolie maison quartier calme parc à proximité. Bus numéro 2 en face pour aller au centre ville

Cons: Il manquait juste des torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle sinon rien à redire
