Great value for money in a quiet neighborhood.
Pros: The Basement unit was very clean, put together, and modern. All of the equipment worked properly and the location is in a quiet neighborhood without the sound of outside car and pedestrian traffic.
Cons: A window view of the city from the unit would have been the only thing missing.

We enjoyed our stay much
Pros: Warm in the basement. Beds are comfortable. Quiet environments. Host was responsible and considerate because he helped us to sweep away the snow on the walkway.
Cons: Crumbs were found inside the microwave oven.

Pros: Location was ideal for us! Close to restaurants, coffee, and the highway to Banff. Easy to find parking, clean and comfortable. Good communication with host.

Brandnew Property, Very quiet basement, Full Facilities and plenty of amenities
Pros: Overall, it's quite pleasant staying in this property: 1. It was very quiet though it's in a basement. 2. The property is brand new and very clean. 3. It's with full facilities, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Full size Fridge, Toaster, Kettle, Stainless Fry Pan, Cooking Pot , plenty of Kitchen/Dinning Wares..., and the new Washing Machine and Dryers. 4. There is a K-Cup coffee Machine and with enough amenities, incl K-Cup, Honey, Coffee Mate, Sugar packs, Creamer, Tea Bags....; like what is equipped as in hotel.
Cons: Only few minor cons that we feel need to be improved.. 1. There is no how-to-use instruction for the Door-Entry Code, we had several times of failure of entries the code, and it was locked by the system (for further entering the code). However the host had un-locked the door and came down to teach us how.. It would be prefect if the host can include the how-to instruction in the message in the Arrival Notes. 2. The dinning table is small and only has two chairs, we have 3 persons thus one needed to sit on the sofa... 3. There is a desk in main bedroom but without a chair, so we have to move a chair back-n-forth... Except these minor cons, it's all good.
