Pros: The view from the balcony and windows of the mountains were gorgeous. Very spacious, organized and clean

Cons: Parking was very limited. We were lucky to find one close to our condo or we would have had to park across the street

Its excellent and exciting friends experienced creepy things lol

Pros: It occupy us in our comfort.. very accessible to downtown, pharmacy, hospital and others

Cons: However, early check is is not possible. That is just our concern

Pros: Very cute apartment across two floors. Location was good and lots of good restaurants nearby. Laundry is within walking distance for doing laundry. The host was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. We requested an extra blanket and it was delivered quickly.We were very satisfied with our stay.

Cons: There was no laundry facility in the apartment.

Pros: Condos were nice, spacious, super clean, and close to all restaurants and bars

Cons: My only complaint was there was no AC in the majority of all units so during the day it could get quite hot in the condos if you weren't out and about

We had a pleasant stay at the Chalet and definitely would stay there again.

Pros: Our party of 6 got a 3 bedroom Chalet for 2 nights. The entire unit was very clean and comfortable. The host attends to details and provides everything which made our stay very comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone.

Cons: The Chalet had only 1 shower for 3 bedrooms/6 guests. We wish another shower would be nice.

Pros: Very clean, feels like home, full kitchen, dining room, living room and 3 bedrooms. Great location. Easy check in and check out procedures. Friendly customer service staff.

Cons: Shampoo dispenser is not working properly. The entire container of shampoo, soap and conditioner was initially attached to the wall but became loose and got detached. Please use better containers. Plwase add hand soap, dish detergent and long brush for manually washing dishes other than the dishwasher. Please include water dispenser in the kitchen.

Pros: Central location & right across the street from a great bakery :)

Cons: Very noisy furnace & self entry that needs a litte more detail for use.

Convenient location with sufficient parking stalls for the # of units.

Pros: Good location. The kitchen was well stocked. I was sent an email with helpful suggestions of additional items I might wish to bring with me.

Cons: The interior is showing its age.

Pleasant stay at a great price

Pros: There was plenty of room for our family. The unit was clean and comfortable, with most of the comforts of home. We got a great price that allowed us to extend our stay an extra day - LOVE that since it's hard to find nowadays.

Cons: Limited seating (one broken club chair) in the living room. Tried to start the fireplace but was not able to, the instructions were confusing. An additional comforter for the pullout in the Livingroom would be nice to have in the future.

Good value for money.

Pros: Location was easy to get to. Unit was spacious, perfect for myself and my two boys. There were 3 beds available as the sofa pulled out into a bed. Modern appointments. Clean and cozy.

Cons: The recycling and garbage demands are a bit much for the casual visitor ... traveling with kids is hassle enough, and now I have to separate the recycling from the garbage and put it all in different bins while trying to pack the vehicle up and get going in -24° C temps? Come on.
