Pros: Was a beautiful place nice and open everything we needed for our stay

Cons: Coffee pot was hard to figure out however got it figured after couple uses

Pros: Great location, nice and new. Hosts provided Xmas tree when requested at no extra charge.

Cons: Only wish there was more room for suitcases / clothes.

Pros: The apartment was beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. We also loved how well stocked it was (tea, coffee, extra towels, toiletries, etc). In addition the location was perfect for getting to Banff

Cons: The mattresses are on the firm side. While this was okay for me it was uncomfortable for my husband. Additionally there was limited/no closet space or dresser so you are living out of a suitcase. Again not a deal breaker but a downside
