Pros: The host is very nice and thoughtful. The power was surprisingly out just 30 seconds after we entered the room. I called the host and was told it was a planned area power off at the time, but he forgot to notice. The host was kind enough to explain and offer the solution. We spent the whole night in the dark. The host offered some refund as compensation. I definitely give a thumb up. The suite is very clean and well equipped. It is wonderful for a family or a group of friends. Thank you.

Pros: Great host, well equipped unit and great location. Restaurants on site and great swimming pool and jacuzzi for families with young children.

Cons: The steam showers only act as regular showers and lots of its options don't work. The buildings common areas could really use some TLC. The carpets look really dirty and the walls could use a fresh paint.

Comfortable, good location and great host

Pros: The property was very well situated and had all the facilities as advertised. Parking was indoor which is a plus for the cold weather. We did not know but the Banff pass was a great plus for us.

Cons: Actually, this was not a fault of the property but when we arrived, the master-bath shower was not functional and for a group of 4, it was slightly inconvenient. This was actually communicated to us before hand and we accepted the inconvenience.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, had what we would need to relax and enjoy. Would stay again. Thanks!

Pros: Location is great! All the amenities a family would need were available for a wonderful getaway.

Cons: Exterior parking if you could not go in the underground garage, hard to find a spot that wasn’t charging you.

Excellent and fully functional home base in Canmore, with a great host

Pros: We made this booking at 9:30pm for the same night after coming out of the mountains and desperately needing a place to stay. Eddie responded to our request immediately and got us in the door and settled right away. It's an excellent place for a home base in Canmore, fully outfitted kitchen, comfortable beds, super clean, excellent laundry in suite. Nice touches like a Banff pass also. Would happily stay here again. Eddie is a responsive and helpful host.

Very good place to stay if you're going to be holidaying in Banff with 4 or more people

Pros: Many helpful/useful features: --well-provisioned kitchen with all amenities needed and a dishwasher (only used once at the end though) --two bathrooms enough for all 6 guests, each with its own shower --stacked washer/dryer combo came in very helpful after hikes & swims --plenty of towels provided --2 main beds were comfortable

Cons: The electronic lock was broken when we arrived at the property; it had failed during the day because of dead batteries. We had to contact the owner (who was in another city) and wait several hours for a locksmith to show up to repair the lock and get the door open. Also the sofa bed was not so clean (crumbs on it when opened) and many of the spare pillows were quite sweat-stained.
