Pros: Comfortable, attractively furnished/decorated apartment. Well equipped kitchen and dining table. Free use of washer/dryer. Great location if you're in town to watch the Oilers, as we were. Recommended.

Cons: I don't think there was standard TV, just streaming platforms - I could be wrong, and this wasn't a big concern for us. Large security deposit could be off-putting, but we treated the apartment respectfully, and the deposit was refunded the same day we checked out.

Awesome stay, would definitely stay again

Pros: Quick communication with host. Convenient location, and the apartment had everything that we needed

Pros: Rodney is a great man, very helpful this place is a little hard to find but the instructions he gave us were very good and he was very attentive. The apartment is lovely well kept, there's literally everything you need. Beds were comfy, bathrooms was great, there's even a place to do laundry which was so great. Couldn't reccomend this place enough

Cons: For some travellers the location of the apartment is a little dodgy, there were some interesting characters around the area, we didnt have any problems and. Everyone was lovely but if you are not use to city life it may be a little intimidating

Great central location and a fantastic host!

Pros: Very central location in the heart of downtown, close to lots of restaurants, pubs, shopping and places of interest in downtown Edmonton. The apartment was small but comfortable with a full sized fridge, coffee maker with coffee, oven/stove, microwave, etc. Good water pressure in the shower. Roger the host was fantastic - easy and pleasant to communicate with and very responsive to messages. The free parking in a secure parkade close to the apartment was definitely a plus for the price and one of the main reasons I booked the property.

Cons: Some street noise due to its central location - some sirens at night from ambulances or police cars.

Pleasant stay in a convenient and very central apartment with a safe parking

Pros: Nice location very central. The flat is not so large but well organized with Nice deco. The parking place represents a high added value as it is very central. And it is very safe .

Cons: The way from parking to apartment was not so obvious. We thought there was a direct connection from parking to flat, but finally we had to go outside around the building. We didn’t use the ac and it was not a permanent one . This is just a curiosity

Pros: The decor and vibe in the apartment was super chic, cute, cozy and made you feel like you're on a luxury getaway. But it was at a budget price!

Cons: The hallways/elevator were a little smelly - I was also surprised by damage deposit needed. But every thing worked out great, and I was returned my full deposit after a few processing days through paypal.

Super Host!

Pros: Staying with Rodney was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the room was cozy and clean, and Rodney was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended! Our stay at Rodney's place was fantastic! Definitely will rebook next time visit.

Good Location / Comfortable Stay

Pros: Enjoyed the clear instructions with photos / communication/ response time / cleanliness/ good decor / comfortable / wifi

Cons: Only things I would say it’s tricky to find somewhere to park while going up to the room to get the key for the parkade + the room lets in more noise than anticipated from people in surrounding rooms/hallway

Pros: We recently stayed at this budget-friendly condo and was thoroughly impressed! The space was neat, clean, and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—close to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Despite the affordable price, the condo didn’t compromise on quality. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great value in a prime location!

Pros: Small but very cosy place! Contains everything you might need. Fully equipped kitchen, washer, drier. Tea/coffee provided as well. Good location right in downtown and free underground parking. Most important super friendly and responsive host Rodney 😊 Definitely recommend this place.
