Great stay, excellent service and would go back

Pros: Loved the value for money and the hot tub was great.

Cons: They are doing construction next door, but it wasn’t bothersome as we were out most of the door exploring the town

Revelstoke family vacation

Pros: I liked how everything I needed to keep the space clean was provided, including a vacuum, dishwasher and plenty of garbage bags. A good number of towels were provided for the hot tub and showers. Beds were comfortable. Very large deck with hot tub was excellent. Loads of counter space in the bright, clean kitchen. All appliances worked well including the coffee machine. BBQ also worked well and there was plenty of propane. Beautiful mountain views!

Cons: Cushions for the patio furniture were fairly worn. Flat and stained. Likely due to people sitting on them with wet bathing suits. A knife sharpener would have been nice to have.

Great accommodation & town for a super ski trip. Would recommend & visit again.

Pros: Location was great. Hot tub was super. Fireplace was lovely, beds were comfy.

Cons: Everything was super! To make it even better, more visitor parking spaces as I assume most guests will be skiing and have larger cars which are tight to fit in the garage- we were made aware of this.

It was amazing, I’d stay here again.

Pros: The location was very convenient, 4 minute drive from revelstoke mountain resort. It was very clean, came with a full kitchen, hot tub. Lots of board games, it was a fun time.

Cons: Some parts of the email weren’t updated for suite 2201. Such as the storage locker & key for that. Our place was missing coffee filters.

Well appointed apartment in a great location

Pros: Apartment was great, well furnished and a well equipped kitchen. Great deck with a really good hot tub. An enjoyable weekend stay.

Cons: The garage door code didn’t work which meant We could have had our hire car towed away if we couldn’t use one of the small number of visitors spaces. Fortunately we were lucky to park in the last space available after returning from the supermarket, but another visitor wasn’t as fortunate and was towed away. That could have been us as there were no alternative places to park. In fairness we contacted Revelstoke vacations next day and Jessye tried to get the problem sorted but there was a fault with the garage door controls so we were unable to use the garage either night

Very beautiful view and apartment, very comfortable once you got past the parking and stairs.

Pros: I loved the clean place; the beds were like hotel beds with the beautiful sheets and comfy pillows. There was plenty enough Towels, even for hot tub use! I loved the hot tub, was warm and clean and private as described. There were even games you could play and books you could read. The TV worked great for us as well.

Cons: There are only 2 things I did not like. The worst thing was the parking. It seemed like you could use their garage but only for a small vehicle and since I didn't have a small vehicle I didn't bother trying that so I am not sure how easy that would have been. Then the only other option for parking was to get a first come, first serve VISITOR parking space. There were not many of those and when you are there for holiday of course you are gone all day and all the spaces are taken. Then you are stressed out all night about getting a parking ticket because you had to find some far off place to park all night. The only other thing that I did not like about the place was the crazy amount of stairs. Going up to the apartment entrance on the outside and then again once you get into the apartment there is a bedroom downstairs and the rest of the building was upstairs and for people staying there for a couple of days they have plenty to haul in and out and only one person really being capable to haul everything heavy since you have a 70 year old lady with you and 3 children that was super inconvenient. Which there is not much they can do about that but they COULD warn people, maybe put the parking issue and the stairs issue in the add so people planning their vacation can keep those things in mind when booking.
