A wonderful stay in Vancouver

Pros: A cozy and comfortable place. I got all I need in this place. The host was very helpful and fixed the problem we faced.

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Pros: Fantastic place! Spacious, clean, highly recommended. Conveniently location near the PNE. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy to find. Owner is very kind and communicative.

A warm and welcoming place to stay in East Vancouver.

Pros: Suite Sunrise was a lovely place to stay. It was very clean and warm. There was plenty of space to park the car. Erica was very kind and helpful. A real and unexpected bonus was the milk, orange, eggs, bread and butter left in the fridge for us. Thank you.

Great option

Pros: The space was exceptionally clean. We were two couples spending a night prior to boarding a cruise ship. There are some good restaurants within a 10 minute walk to dine, and Erica offers breakfast items (OJ,, coffee, eggs, toast) that make your stay pleasant. The neighbourhood seems a like a safe place to walk around at night.

Cons: The walls are thin and not soundproof. The layout is a bit odd - you enter through one of the rooms.

Would like to make an annual trip to the PNE and stay at this excellent property!

Pros: Our reason for travel was to attend the Pacific National Exhibition, and the property was less than 10 minutes away on foot. So convenient! We were really pleased with the comfortable pillows, clean linens and abundant towels, availability of toiletries and blow dryer--basically anything we needed was on hand, showcasing Erica's thoughtfulness on behalf of her guests.

Cons: Some other amenities such as coffee shops were not as handy but we were able to get basic provisions at the nearby McGill Grocery, which featured a friendly, neighborhood feel. Erica made in-house coffee and tea supplies available as well so we were able to jumpstart our day and look out for coffee shops etc. later on.

Clean, cosy home with a host that goes above and beyond. Fantastic communication throughout 🙂

Pros: Everything was lovely and clean, the little added extras like supplies (shampoo/food etc) were incredibly thoughtful. Had what we needed plus so much more. The location was perfect for our requirements. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙂

hassle free stay

Pros: The price was good, easy to check in and out, very helpful host, clear instructions about everything, easy to find, hassle free stay

Pros: The breakfast items left for to use were a very special treat. The suite was easy to access, and was definitely more roomy than I imagined it from the website so it was a lovely surprise. The suite has character, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to use for our one night stay. Thank you.

Cons: The bed sheets were stained with what appeared permanent staining, but perhaps there was no other set to utilize. The carport light remains on at night and so it was a bit bright through the blinds at night making it difficult to fall asleep. Overall, we had a great stay! I'd stay again in the future.

Cozy, fully equipped, comfortable

Pros: It's a very spacious basement with three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, laundry, a kitchen with a basic induction cooktop. The place was warm in the middle of winter. It comes equipped with pretty much everything needed.

Cons: The temperature cannot be adjusted from the basement, as the thermostat is upstairs. Sometimes the furnace was blasting hot air and then in the middle of the night it got very cold. The induction cooktop is okay for boiling water, but too basic for any other kinds of cooking. Some noise from the floor on top. Not much sun as it is a basement.

Pros: Great communication from Erica. The breakfast food was a nice surprise. Very close to the Pacific coliseum, which is where we were going the next day. We would stay there again 😊

Cons: Beds were a little firmer than we like, but everyone's preference is different.
