Good option close to the city center

Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to public transportations to downtown Vancouver. the room is clean and is looking exactly as the pictures on the website. check-in process has been extremely smooth and the host has been kind and there to support in case of need.

Pros: The room was very clean and the bed was superb. I had very good sleeps .host was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Bathroom could be better. Specially the shower. Water flow was very slow and it was l very old fixtures.. overall good place for the money

Pros: Communication with the host was great and the room was spacious. I found the bed comfortable and the room clean and nice. Access was clear and easy and the host was very welcoming.

Pros: Ali was very lovely and accommodating. it was easy to access to building and a very convenient place for public transport. the room was a comfortable size and felt cozy.

整體而言，這次住宿的地點與停車條件都相當理想，但在入住流程與空間使用上的資訊透明度仍有改進空間。若能於入住前更清楚說明房源實際使用範圍與同住情況，並簡化進房手續，相信會讓整體體驗更加順暢、令人放心。

Pros: 這次入住整體感受非常良好，最喜歡的是停車非常方便，對自駕旅客來說十分貼心。房間地點也非常棒，無論外出用餐或前往景點都相當便利。整體入住體驗愉快！

Cons: 整體住宿地點便利、停車也相當方便，這點非常加分。不過這次入住的過程稍顯不順利，進房手續相當複雜，即使照著步驟操作仍無法順利使用，建議可以再簡化流程或提供更清楚的指引。 此外，也希望能在入住前的信件中更明確地告知房客：房東會同住於同一房源，並且浴室需共用。房東本人非常友善，但我們確實有些驚訝實際上只租到一間小房間，而其他公共空間（除了浴室外）皆無法使用。早上還需與房東輪流使用浴室，對行程安排略有不便。若能在事前說明更透明，相信整體體驗會更好。
