Beautifully appointed downtown Vancouver home

Pros: Our return stay and we were able to enjoy both the facilities and the location to the fullest. Arad is the most thoughtful and considerate host and has ensured that guests are comfortable and have everything they need to call the place home. Our number one place to stay in Vancouver!

Wonderful host, perfect property

Pros: Arad couldn’t have been a more helpful and considerate host. Our train was significantly delayed meaning we could not check in till after 9 pm. He facilitated that with no fuss and much kindness. The unit is so well and thoughtfully appointed including full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. A great location downtown means this was the perfect property for visiting Vancouver for us and any independent travelers

Pros: Great location, very secure, clean and very well appointed. The host was excellent to deal with.

Cons: Inside temp was hard to regulate…. but that was probably more our lack of knowledge on how to do it!

Great apartment in downtown Vancouver

Pros: The apartment was very well equipped with thoughtful extras such as shampoo. Hairdryer, tea, and coffee. There were too many to mention, but suffice to say you could use this as a home from home. The owner was in touch and keen to ensure that everything was in order and offering his help if not. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable, and as a solo traveller on this occasion, I felt very safe. Everything worked, and it was very easy to stay here. The proximity of everything downtown Vancouver has to offer meant I could walk everywhere, too. The owner went above and beyond by also helping me to arrange taxis backstop the airport too. Arad is a very considerate owner, and I will book this apartment again when I visit with my husband.

Lovely apartment in great location

Pros: The apartment was modern and spotless. Everything looked brand new. There was everything needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of coffee and supplies. We settled in straight away. Location was great. Lots of bars on Granville St and a short walk to ritzier Yaletown with it's up market restaurants and bars. Very close to the shopping area too.

Pros: The host's communication before and during the stay was outstanding. We knew everything we needed to know before we arrived and he checked on us while we were there. The photos and description of the property were completely accurate however they didn't reflect all the little extra touches that we found in the apartment. It felt more like a home than a short-stay. It was beyond perfect and we highly recommend it to anyone staying in Vancouver.

Pros: The apartment exceeded our expectations & we actually extended our stay to 4 nights. Everything about the apartment is excellent. The host was very accommodating & helpful!

Pros: The apartment was very centrally located, making it easy to walk or drive within Vancouver. We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment & that it was stocked with all supplies, including those to do laundry. The communication with our host Arad was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.
