Overall, we love the apartment

Pros: The apartment was beautiful. Love the air-con in the master bedroom to enhance my sleep. The location was perfect and very convenient. We look the bakery and supermarket in the building vicinity. Travelling to our customers and shopping district was very easy via metro. The washer and dryer in the apartment was very useful.

Cons: We wish there was black out blind as the sun did rise very early and disrupted my sleep. If host could at least install a fan in second bedroom, it would be great. Vancouver is expensive city so the accomodation was not cheap. Also, wish we need not have to clear the rubbish as it was a chaos cos we were on work trip. Of course, any perishable or take out, we will clear to prevent foul smell stay in the apartment.

Pros: Tolle Aussicht, schnelle Aufzüge und ,großzügigerDuschbereich

Cons: Komplizierte Einfahrt in Tiefgarage durch mehrere Tore, Parkplatz für einen großen SUV zu klein, Appartement hellhörig mussten in der ersten Nacht die Polizei rufen wegen extremen Geräuschen aus der Nachbarwohnung, da weder Notrufnummer Hausverwaltung noch Vermieter erreichbar waren.

Pros: Posizione un po defilata ma comunque comoda. Proprietario sempre a disposizione per spiegazioni varie.

Cons: Una delle 2 camere era veramente piccolina

Pros: Lage in der Stadt war top für Besichtigungen. Super chinesischer Supermarkt, Pizzeria, Cafe, S-Bahn-Station direkt vor dem Haus! Fantastische Aussicht; hat Balkon, liegt günstig zu Sonne und Bahnstrecke: jeweils eher abgewandt.

Cons: Es ist schwierig, in die Wohnung zu kommen. Das liegt nicht an der guten und korrekten Beschreibung, sondern man muss das alles erst mal richtig verstehen.
