Great comfortable stay in good location

Pros: Great quiet location within easy walking distance to the ferry boat ride across to Granville Island. Short drive to Stanley Park & Capilano Bridge…5 minute walk to supermarket & pharmacy. Apartment was well equipped with kitchen essentials, wifi, umbrellas & even ponchos for wet weather. Extras we requested - baby cot & high chair were provided & were much appreciated. Would recommend this apartment stay to friends.

What a lovely apartment, perfect for our family of 4.

Pros: The location was amazing - great access to the false creek ferry, the apartment was very well-appointed. The kids loved the pool area.

Great amenities with a condo that’s in the perfect location of Vancouver

Pros: The location was excellent. Close to everything in the city. The Place was clean and tidy. The pool is great too.

Cons: The amount of fragrance used to clean the place was overwhelming at times. People are sensitive to these smells so not needed when cleaning things. They’re also toxic.

Better than a hotel

Pros: It's a very comfortable apartment in a quiet building in a good location. My favourite part was the fully-equipped kitchen, if you need a break from Vancouver take-out prices!

A very nice place to stay and I would stay here again if back in Vancouver.

Pros: The location was excellent - very close to the water, grocery stores, attractions, etc. The accommodations were very clean and prepared for our arrival. The owner was very responsive both before and during our visit.

Cons: The only reason I rated this property a 9 instead of a 10 is due to something that cannot be easily controlled by the owner. The balcony has been taken over by pidgeons, at least while we were there. As a result, there are pidgeon droppings and plant material for nest building, so the balcony was not usable. However, open balconies in a large city are going to inevitably attract birds, so this is just something to know if one of your priorities is to make good use of a balcony.

Pros: The location of this property makes it easily accessible to many sights of the city. We were able to hop on the water ferries with ease, and the neighborhood is nestled in a quiet area of town, but close to the action. Communication with Kian was amazing and he answered any of my questions in a timely manner.
