A very relaxed and comfortable stay overall. Thank you.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and lovely space, nice pool and jacuzzi facilities, nice ski storage, nice, comfortable furnishings.

Cons: The heating system is very loud. The sound of it coming on and off is very obvious. We ended up sleeping with ear plugs!!

Pros: Easy door code and we were able to get into the room early. The place is very central to everything and close to the bus stop. Pool and Spa was great. Room a bit dated in decor but very comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen.

Cons: Lift and main reception area a bit dirty

Cute and cozy hotel with good facilities and walking distance to ski lift, village and bus stop.

Pros: Very cute and cozy hotel! Decent location for the price (although can never be too close to the ski lift). Hot tub and pool were a highlight. Rooms have some cooking facilities (Studio with Mountain View).

Cons: Our room didn’t have an oven which would’ve been helpful. Sufficient utensils and cooking equipment but not many bowls. Amenities were lacking with only one filter coffee available. Very small supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. No housekeeping during stay, even though we stayed 8 nights. Which is good to keep costs down but we ended up with lots of rubbish and out of amenities.

Pros: Close proximity to the Whistler village, gondolas and chairlifts. They are within a 10 minutes walk.

Pros: My partner and I enjoyed our stay at the cascade Lodge during January. The views were beautiful, definitely 4 star views. The apartment was quite small leaving limited room to open/store suitcases. However, it did the job. I requested the room to be dusted which was done promptly and apologetically. Monica from reception went out of her way to help us sort out bus connections and was greatly appreciated.

Well equipped suite at a reasonable rate perfect for our stay in Whistler

Pros: The well equipped apartment had everything we needed for our stay, there were great facilities on the property, and the location was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to be in Whistler. And the rate was very reasonable!!

Pros: Center to everything and had everything we needed.

Pros: The close proximity to Whistler village and the bus station. The pool was clean and a good temperature. The kitchenette had all the equipment we needed for occasional self-catering.

Cons: Only snag was the sun loungers by the pool were full most of the time due to the hot weather.

Great base to explore Whistler with rooms that could do with an upgrade

Pros: The location was great, and the pool area was lovely

Cons: The room we stayed in was a little dated and very dark.
