Village Gate House by Whiski Jack

Very pleasant comfortable stay in an excellent location.

Pros: Location was perfect, great views and kept super cozy even though the temps were -20's

Cons: Blinds on the windows are not fantastic for blocking sunlight or the Village lights for sleeping. Decor is a bit dated, but comfortable and clean.

Fabulous condo, shame an issue wasn't followed up well.

Pros: Very nice condo right on the village stroll, so a bit of noise at night but not too bad (could be worse in high season). Very well equipped and plenty of room.

Cons: Although the email with the information about the codes came through several days in advance we were unable to print it off as travelling around and missed part of the code in writing it out, thinking it was the reference to the property number. As we didn't have access to wifi to recheck email (too costly to connect to uk mobile network) this presented a problem getting into the building but luckily very helpful shop assistant came to the rescue and let us use their phone. Phoned to raise concern over noise hot tub was making and no-one came as receptionist noted wrong number so they attended an empty property - surely if someone complains it should be occupied!

Very good and comfortable apartment.

Pros: Apartment met our expectations in every respect.Location very good.

Cons: Information on how to check in / gain access to the property somewhat confusing initially. On-line information before the visit confusing and of little use. Would have been much simpler to know where the check in office is before we arrived. Would have avoided back and forth detours.

Great place to stay while exploring Whistler.

Pros: Location is great for exploring Whistler. Close to the Bus Station in Village Center. Check in and door code received in advance of arrival. Guest services were available during business hours by phone if needed. Pictures from Booking site were accurate. All amenities listed were provided.

Cons: Everything was great. Nothing needed improvements.

Pros: L’emplacement et l’équipement extraordinaire ( spa - Hammam- 2 télés 2 cheminées au gaz - de l’espace

Cons: Il y a eu une erreur d’attribution de chambre- Nous avons dû nous rendre à l’agence - Le pre check est à faire avant d’arriver. Je ne sais pas si notre problème est lié à cela - avons du redonner carte bancaire alors que booking.com l’avait enregistrée. Bref ! du stress inutile

Pros: The location was excellent, right at the entrance to Whistler Village, and across from an excellent grocery store. Restaurants, trails and galleries are steps away. We couldn’t have been happier with this location!!
