Pros: A lot of room, nice amenities, quiet and luxurious

Cons: The third party agency communication is not good, they won’t answer the phone and be hard to reach out to. When they asked for a print of my credit card, I asked booking to cancel. It ended up costing me 150$ of phone bill for no help on their end, and I ended up giving my CC info through mail to this third party you can’t get to. Everything went well but the process can be scary when you don’t know who you’re sharing your info to.

Lovely location, lovely rooms, confusing provider.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff were very helpful * Good location.

Cons: * very confusing email and instructions in the room telling us the room we booked was nothing to do with the hotel and not affiliated with the front desk. Not sure how else we would have got into our rooms without going to the front desk as the contact number they wanted us to call was in a letter in the room 🤷🏻‍♀️……. plus we had no facility to make calls on our phones. Also received a prior email asking for my credit card details (to take $500) saying booking.com do not provide details. I did not provide these as this is the reason I use booking.com, it gives me the peace of mind the bookings are legit. The previous accommodation we left earlier that day in fact told me that they didn’t need my card for accidental damage as it had been provided to them by booking.com. Once we arrived at Whistler I offered my card to the receptionist for damages cover and was informed it was not necessary. This left me quite concerned and confused about the email.

Older property. we were looking for 2 bedrooms which worked for us.

Pros: The property is fine. I had to chase the Management company as they did not send the checkin information right away and didn't respond to my emails. But it worked out.

Cons: The pool was good but not very many chairs. I don't know why that is. We couldn't stay by the pool as the chairs were taken. Only one elevator which caused a backup at checkin.
