Very good guest accommodations

Pros: The report I was given by my two guests is that it was very comfortable and clean. The price was excellent and the location convenient. I will definitely look here first when seeking guest accommodations in the future.

Short but sweet

Pros: Fast and easy check-in process. Friendly host. Lots of space and free parking. Was given a free upgrade which was very much appreciated.We were only there for 10 hours, but we had everything we needed.

Cons: Although it was fast and easy, would have been nice for check-in information to be texted instead of having to go to the office. Would have been nice to be able to do everything virtually and electronically.

Convenient, clean, wish there was more 'charm'.

Pros: House was very clean and very conveniently located. Quiet area if there was no construction.

Cons: Convenient location but unfortunately there is construction a block away that shakes the house. Wish cleaning fee was based on the number of occupants or the actual condition/cleaning required.
