A View of the Lake B & B

Very comfortable stay with excellent informative hosts.

Pros: The property was extremely comfortable. Our room was amazing as was the view. The breakfast was incredible, it has to be said that both my husband and I are coeliacs and the chef catered for us beautifully and with little fuss, which was just lovely.

Pros: Super friendly host, amazing facility, and phenomenal breakfast. The area is quiet, and the view from the B&B is exceptional.

The most beautiful views, food and room I have ever seen!

Pros: The most beautiful place I think I have ever stayed! The whole experience was perfect. Chrissie greeted us on arrival with local wine and beer for welcome drinks on the terrace overlooking the bay and Kelowna. Talked us through fantastic things to do nearby, from food to vineyards and trails. And then we saw the room - stunning! The bathroom was enormous and so well kitted out with anything you could need. And the sunken bath with views across the lake was icing on the cake. And then breakfast - OMG - a 3 course breakfast served on the terrace and shared with your fellow guests - such a lovely way to meet new people and hear about their travel plans. And the food was just fabulous. Really was a perfect place, wish we could have stayed for longer. Thank you so much for being a part of making our trip so memorable.

Great B&B with lovely view and wonderful hosts

Pros: Lovely house with great facilities and wonderful view of Kelowna. The owners made us most welcome and the breakfast in their terrace was fantastic.

Perfect for a visit to Kelowna

Pros: easily accessible in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Elevated position with great views of the lake, city and surrounding mountains especially from the breakfast terrace. Clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities and the best breakfasts ever!

Pros: Steve provided exceptional, nutritious breakfasts every morning. His talents as a master chef shone through each (i.e. three) course offering. His open and warm personality assisted in open and congenial conversations whenever he was around. What a great experience! We would highly recommend View of the Lake for everything it offers, great location (great views), great food, great hospitality.

A home away from home with amazing views and a nice welcome.

Pros: We had a nice welcome. Offered a seat on the beautiful terrace. Offered a drink and were asked if we needed any assistance with our stay and onward travel. Room was big and clean with nice toiletries. Guests had use of the terrace with amazing view plus a lounge with tea and coffee making facilities and alcoholic drinks to purchase. Host got to know us. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons: It was a little far from bars and restaurants.

Staying here was truly one of the highlights of our trip.

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we felt like invited guests. The interior is high-quality and tastefully designed, the views are absolutely stunning, but what truly made the experience special was the warm and thoughtful hospitality of Steve and Chrissy. They made us feel genuinely welcome and at ease throughout our stay — and the specially prepared three-course breakfast was elegantly simple and delicious.
