Near Skytrain and QUIET Private Bedroom Ensuite BathRM

Pros: The location is too good , there are many stores and restaurants near by bus stop and sky train is in walking distance. Room is clean and well maintained. Shared facilities are decent and Tina was always a call away. She helped us by allowing early check-in as well . Very much recommended !!

Pros: Very friendly hosts. We also appreciated the free coffee - perfect if you wake up a little jet lagged. The bed was very comfortable and the flat / room very clean.

Cons: The house is close to bus / skytrain but it does take quite some time to get to the city center. Not a problem, but do not expect to sleep in central Vancouver.

Excellent hospitality and location!

Pros: I came from Japan, and the owner was very kind. On rainy days, they even offered to lend me an umbrella. One time, my phone ran out of battery and I couldn’t remember the entrance password. Even though it was late at night, the owner came right away when I rang the intercom and reassured me with a kind “It’s okay.” I stayed for 9 nights, and the room was very clean with plenty of storage. It also had a spotless bathroom with a hair dryer, shampoo, and body soap provided. In the living room, they kindly provided fresh water, and there was also a microwave and refrigerator. The location is about 800 meters from the station, so it’s walkable. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house, which is very convenient when the timing matches. The neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk around. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Great place for its price. The skytrain is only 800m away. Our room was super clean.

Cons: It might be noisy at night due to the heavy traffic but we are used to it.

Great overnight stay

Pros: Super clean and neat room. Comfortable and really affordable. Loved the instructions and the fact that we needed to take of our shoes at the front door. Also its good walking distance to any facility and near public transport.

Lovley and friendly hosts

Pros: The hosts a fantastic, Close to a station which makes it easy getting to downtown Vancouver on the skytrain. Great Room, god bathroom. There is the possibility to use a laundry and dryer which was awesome midway thru my 3 week trip. God value for your money and even thou you are outside central Vancouver since you have the skytrain its easy getting there and i honestly enjoyed getting to see another part of the city. There are free parking if you get here by car.

Cons: Sine this is a fairly new place to stay in there a few smaller issues that they most likely will fix during the coming months, they where very willing to listen to feedback.

Our car broke down and Tina went above and beyond and made our stressful day a lot better!!

Pros: Air conditioning was great! Bed was comfy! Very clean and great location for me and my friend!

Lovely space, would return!

Pros: I stayed for only one night and the room was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything I could need. There is no TV in the room which is fine for me but it may be a problem for others. The bedroom and the bathroom were very clean. I only met Owen and he was very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great stay.

Cons: It wasn't a dislike so much as a small issue regarding the fact that I could not control the room temperature so it was too warm for my preference. But, I simply opened the window to cool the room down. Also, the instructions are a bit confusing as it wasn't clear that the door code was for the front door to the house, not the room door (which has a key in the lock when you arrive). Maybe I was just over tired from the journey there :-).

I will stay again , next time in Vancouver

Pros: The hosts were exceptionally kind and attentive to our needs. Everything was clean, functional, and comfortable. The location was perfect for us.
