Newly Renovated Walkout Basement in Vancouver with Separate Entrance

Pros: The Self-Check-in was super convinient and worked Like a Charm. The Appartement itself was super clean and all essentials where there. The neigborhood is very quiet and felt very safe. The Bus Stop ist Just about 3 minutes by foot and Brings you to Downtown (line 22) in about 30 minutes. There are also little Restaurant where you can eat If you dont want to Go to the City Center. All in all a very pleasent stay!!

Pros: Comfortable. Easy access by Uber. Own entry. Comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. Kitchenette was well stocked. Lovely hosts. Highly recommend

Pros: Enough space and cozy. Would highly recommend if your are looking for a short visit. Private bathroom with toiletries (towels, hand and face towels, shampoo, bodywash. conditioner, qtips etc) is a plus. Small fridge, microwave, cutleries, and plates available. Love the mini workdesk in the bedroom and clean sheets. Easy and smoooth check in-out.

Cons: I hope they fix the sockets in the bedroom.

Pros: This place is super cute and the bed very comfy. Safe neighbourhood. Not too far from downtown (15-20 minutes). The host Tiffany is lovely. We enjoyed our stay!

Cons: It can be noisy with family living upstairs, but it should not bother you if you don't stay there much. :) Not a problem at night.

A very clean place in a lovely little house in East Van.

Pros: It was immaculately clean. The bed was super comfortable, and there is a great bathroom. Excellent price! Super easy check in process.

Cons: I would have appreciated a coffee maker. All they offer is a few packs of instant coffee that are not suitable for vegans, full of dairy powdered creamer in them. Also, I found that sometimes it was very noisy from the family that lives upstairs. Not a lot of grocery stores or restaurants within walking distance.

If this place is available it’s where you should stay if you’d like a quiet city getaway.

Pros: This space is gorgeous, so clean and so well outfitted and modern. Lovely quiet area.

Cons: The tiniest issue was a mildly uncomfortable pull out mattress - problematic for a guest with a spine injury, which happened after the booking and was overlooked in our shifting of plans. These hosts were PHENOMENAL in solving the issue immediately. 5 stars, not notes, thank you so much!

Pros: Quiet, beautiful neighbourhood, and the unit was well stocked with all essentials. Tiffany was a wonderful host, very accommodating and helpful!

Cons: A night lamp in the bedroom would be a nice addition. The sockets in the bedroom could use replacement. The bathroom might feel a bit small for someone with a larger build, but otherwise, everything was great.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay, the property was very clean and nicely stocked with a few items such as towels, shampoo & conditioner, tea etc. I chose it because it was close to the friends that I was visiting that live in the same residential neighborhood.
