Pros: My partner and I enjoyed our stay in this cozy and clean basement suite. It was well-equipped with a TV in the bedroom, lots of towels, and all the necessary utilities like a full kitchen, laundry, washroom supplies, coffee, etc. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and made the stay very comfortable.
Cons: While the suite was quiet at night, there was noticeable noise from upstairs before 8 pm, mostly from children and occasional banging sounds. It's just something to be aware of. Also, clearer instructions about which door to use and where parking is allowed would have helped avoid some initial confusion. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Pros: Facility was great and host is friendly and replies quickly. Check-in process was smooth. We liked the full kitchen, laundry and the roomy space. We travelled to Banff, so location on north west part of the city worked great for our purpose. There were also plenty of groceries nearby.
Cons: The stairs that leads to the suite was a bit steep. Street parking is usually fine but can be difficult sometimes at late night. We could also hear the baby crying and people above us talking, but it was still fine as we didn't hear them during early morning or late night. On our second day of stay, we heard very loud alarm for three times around 9:30pm. We were relieved that it got off after a few minutes (likely false alarm).

Gorgeous Suite.
Pros: The suite is exceptional. I am a lover of white colors, and as soon i entered the place, i felt in total love with everything. The room is super clean and gorgeous, and I will definitely come back, we'll absolutely recommend it to my friends.

Great accommodation close to main thoroughfares
Pros: Unit was clean & in brand new condition. Kitchen & laundry appliances were top of the line & easy to use. Enjoyed 2 flat screen tv’s. Shower was good. AC very welcome Hosts were friendly & willing to do anything extra we needed

Pros: 很宽敞、很新的半地下空间，全套厨房设备，洗衣干衣机，卫生间、洗浴间干湿分离，卧室和起居室都有大电视，且Wi-Fi超快。可以说准备的一切超出了我们的预期。 房主回复消息很及时，发送的入住指引比较清晰，完全自助入住，没有跟房主见面。
Cons: 预定时看到的介绍文字有些误导，“整套全由你承包”，“住宿内停车设施”，也许是翻译后产生的歧义吧。 车是不能停在房子门口的，需要拐过不远处的街角停在路边。 空间是独享的，但是房主一家就住在上面，楼板隔音效果很差，能清楚地听到咚咚咚的脚步声和孩子们玩闹的声音。夜间非常安静，但是对于喜欢晚起的人来说，早上会被吵醒。

Fabulous luxury, wonderful hosts, best place I have ever stayed in!
Pros: The best of what a luxury apartment should be! Absolutely beautiful, a very comfortable soft big bed, lovely walk in shower, separate secure entrance, great hosts who were very responsive and attentive. Apartment was professionally cleaned before I got there, and it smelled fresh and clean too. Everything looked new. 2 big screen tvs, free Netflix and wifi. Can't say enough about this place. Worth every penny.
Cons: Nothing. Even the owners' children playing upstairs made a happy sound of family.

It was a wonderful suite and I would definitely recommend it.
Pros: The suite was gorgeous, I loved the decor which was minimal but chic. The hosts were super nice and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. For the amount we paid it more than exceeded my expectations and was definitely worth it. Especially loved how cool the suite stayed throughout the day since we went during a heat wave.
