Pros: My favorite part had to be right as you walk in they have automatic lights on the stairs. Great touch and really helped to guide your way. The coffee station was great. For a basement suite it was very quiet, barely heard anyone upstairs. Also the bedroom closet was massive

Pros: This place is a lovely new 1 bedroom basement apartment. It is quite spacious and has really nice furnishings etc. It looked exactly like the photos. Everything you need was provided. The washing machine and dryer were great. We really enjoyed our stay.
