A well located, clean and modern three bedroom condo in a nice residential neighborhood.

Pros: The location was excellent within a short walk to a shopping mall with WalMart and a couple of restaurants nearby but with very little traffic on the street where the condo was located. While there were three other condos in the complex, we never heard a sound from the others. The three bedroom condo was new and very clean. It was a great neighborhood to walk our very senior dog. The host, Matteo, was very accessible to our phone calls. I would recommend this accommodation.

Cons: Some minor maintenance issues that were not resolved included a bathroom fan that was permanently on, toilet roll holders with loose setscrews, a hot water line to a bathroom sink that was shut off for an unknown reason and a kettle which did not work. Some of these were irritating but all were minor and likely to be fixed soon. I also really disliked the check in app which did not synchronize properly with my iPhone and required entering credit card information for the damage deposit on a tiny phone keypad with cold hands at -20C, delaying our check in by 20-30 minutes. When it started to work, though, it was nice in that it would automatically unlock the door from the app.
