Downtown 3 Queen Beds

Amazing stay, close to downtown, perfect for families.

Pros: Everything was comfy and super clean. Easy access to the house. Parking was super easy as well. I was staying with my partner and our 4 kids. Everyone had enough space. We used the baby crib and high chair, everything was there and functional during our stay.

Cons: Honestly, our stay was amazing. I don't have anything bad to say.

clean and bright

Pros: The whole house was clean and tidy. The location was very convenient.

Cons: The bathroom of the ensuit didn't have proper partition with its bed area. Besides, we had to take a shower in the bathroom outside as water spilled out through the shower door of the ensuit. The yard should have more attention.

Pros: Conveniently close to the Edmonton Expo Centre. Owners were accommodating and very understanding when we needed extra time to pack up to leave. Beautiful house!

9/10 - a home run property!

Pros: Location is great if your in town for any type of hospital issue - we were in town for eye surgery at the Royal Alex and this property is literally 4 min away...excellent location. Garage for your car is also a bonus, area is somewhat up and coming (house next door looks like a bomb went off in the yard) House is well stocked, they thought of their guests when stocking it - love the plug-in bars in the bedroom as we all have multi electronics to plug in at the same time...great idea (maybe put those in all 3 bedrooms, not just the master) Excellent communication with the host on any issues or questions, they were fantastic and very responsive. House was very clean, kitchen was stocked nicely, the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a blow dryer - a small welcome basket awaited us when we arrived which is nice touch as well.

Cons: a few tips for the host to consider and for guests to consider when looking at this property -allowing the guests to regulate their own heating/cooling - the owner controls the heat and cooling, and that's an issue. They suggested I open the windows for air flow, (which is great), but I didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night, so it was brutally hot inside the house and we had trouble sleeping due to the heat. -NO A/C - for any middle age woman out there, pls keep this fun fact in mind - no air conditioning and not leaving the windows open is a recipe for cranky mornings - the house is good but no A/C is an issue for my age bracket! -consider putting in blind hooks in to keep the blinds from clanging and banging IF you do choose to keep the windows open - we did try to keep them open one night, but the wind blew them around like a spoon hitting a pot - so you think your getting broken into every few minutes when the blinds slam agains the window frame - pls consider putting in blind brackets so one can hook them into the frame and stabilize them. -wifi does not have a password and is open and unsecure - if you have to do business when staying, that will be a problem with an open wifi system (most company sites will not hook up to an unsecured wifi) - consider putting a password for everyone's benefit. -allow the TV to \

We highly recommend the place for families, nice quiet place to stay and comfortable beds.

Pros: The host responded fast when we needed assistance. Rooms were all comfy.

Cons: Everything was available that we needed in the place.
