Great find - this is my new go to place in Edmonton!

Pros: Fantastic location. So clean you could eat off the floors. Not a speck of dust anywhere - believe me, I looked as I was so shocked with how clean it was. The owner was very proactive about making sure we were comfortable and that there were no problems. The lock was tricky to get in to the unit. I thought it was the freezing temperatures but it needed some work. I am sure it was less than 30 minutes that they responded. Also a problem with the furnace. They were proactive and reached out to me before I knew about it. A technician came very quickly and resolved the problem.

Cons: I could have used more hangers along with a dresser ir at least some shelves in the closet as I then needed to mostly live out of my suitcase. To be clear, I did not ask for more hangers. A couple of luggage racks would be nice

Pros: The location was spot on The house was just perfect..Cresilda thought of absolutely everything to make our stay the best .Every small detail was covered ..Honestly its been the best accomodation we have ever stayed in ,so if you are looking for a place to stay right next to West Edmonton Mall and surrounding areas this is THE PLACE !!!!

Pros: It’s perfect place to stay with your family and very clean. Close to the water park(2mins drive) Love it and definitely will come back again 👍🏻

Absolutely perfect spot to stay, especially if the West Edmonton Mall and waterpark is your focus.

Pros: The WEM House was one of the nicest guesthouses I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot! You could not ask for better accommodations. Everything you think you could need was provided from toiletries to kitchen supplies to extra bedding. Extremely clean and wonderfully decorated to feel homey. We had difficulty with the lock in the middle of the night when we first arrived and they responded to our messages immediately. And even came over to help us at 2am. They were wonderful. And the house is a 5 minute(!) walk to the West Edmonton Mall, very close to the waterpark entrance.

Cons: The only reason it is not a 10 across the board is it's quite a distance to most of the attractions in Edmonton. It is perfect for the mall and waterpark but we were glad we had a rental car for Rogers Place, the museums and the zoo.

Would stay again

Pros: Very close to west Edmonton mall 5 min walk. Very nice tons off space

Pros: Все було чисто, охайно, одразу відчулося господарське тепло. Тапочки при вході нагадали дім, а невеличкі снеки дуже сподобалися нашим дітям. А посипана доріжка, щоб ми не підковзнулися, ще раз показала небайдужість господаря. До молла 5 хвилин пішки, що було для нас великим плюсом. Дякуємо.

Cons: Шкода, що не було сушарки, де можна було б сушити речі після аквапарку. Але це можна пережити.
