The Nest

Pros: A beautiful, fully equipped house with a very nice garden. Great place to relax and forget the city and traffic noise. Next time we will plan more time for our stay here.

An absolute gem on Vancouver Island!!

Pros: A stunning accommodation, even more beautiful than the photos! It's obvious the hosts have taken great pride in this space with high end finishes and attention to detail. Immaculate and spotless. Location was a great spot to explore the island with a car, with a quiet and relaxing spot to end each day. Enjoyed seeing the cows and nearly deer as well! Hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful with information and tips. Rob even provided us apples to feed the cows!

Pros: The yard is spacious, and the thoughtful design of the interior, appliances, and amenities really shows the hosts’ attention to detail. Everything was convenient and very comfortable. The backyard opens onto a golf course, offering wide open views and a peaceful atmosphere. We even spotted some wildlife — squirrels, rabbits, deer, birds, and the hosts’ own cows — adding a touch of rustic charm. It’s only a 7-minute drive to the main shopping area and to the stunning beach near Sebastian Park. The scenery there is breathtaking and incredibly relaxing. We had a truly pleasant and enjoyable stay! Highly recommended — we’d love to come back again!

Great stay in a great place

Pros: Beautiful accommodation on the hosts small hobby farm. Stylishly designed by the host who really should have been an interior designer. Quality furniture & fittings. Spacious kitchen area. Very useful high quality washing machine & tumble dryer. Spotlessly clean. Tidy small garden with very pleasant outside seating areas. Lovely view across fields to golf course & a glimpse of the channel between Vancouver island & the Canadian mainland & the snowcapped Rockies in the distance. Incredibly pleasant, friendly & helpful hosts.

Superb

Pros: Absolutely superb in every way. The Nest is perfectly designed and even better than the listing. It is quiet, beds are comfy and the design is bright from many windows and peaceful natural.surrounding.

Such a special setting! Clean, New, Perfect for 2 couples! Warm touches filled with farm like charm!

Pros: Easy check in via pin pad lock on door. Location was great, 5 to 10 min from all amenities in Nanaimo. Walking trails nearby. Helpful hosts!! We will be back!!

Cons: Zero complaints but just a minor suggestion: that would have been nice to have a propane fire ring while sitting outside in gorgeous, private fenced yard:)
