Pros: Fantastic location, smooth check in process. Nice home with everything one needs. Really enjoyed the stay.

Cons: Squeaking doors. Can't open a door without announcing it to the whole house. Closing the doors is worse :) Definitely needs some WD40.

Still hoping for a cleaning fee refund

Pros: Very well appointed location and great apartment with every comfort provided.

Cons: We loved the apartment and Port Renfrew so much that we booked an extra night at this lovely apartment. Unfortunately, doing this through Booking.com incurred a second significant cleaning fee, which was not needed and regretfully hasn't been refunded so far

Home from home

Pros: The view was stunning! The accommodation was very well equipped and the bed was super comfy too. Heather and Rob were great at responding to our queries.

Cons: We couldn't wirelessly project onto the TV: the sound worked, but not the picture.

Exceeded expectation!

Pros: Everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and perfect to escape busy life routine. I loved all the details in the house, the fireplace, the grill in the balcony, the pottery coffee mugs, authentic Chinese green tea, the fresh bed linen, and the setting of the dining table. I would definitely book this apartment again!

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.

Pros: We cooked using the kitchen facility provided. Excellent. A dish brush would have helped with cleanup

A comfy respite after a busy day, with an awesome view!

Pros: The view was incredible. The king bed was very comfortable. The space was very cozy.

Cons: The pullout was a bit finicky. My brother in law said it was ok to sleep on but my sister had tried it and wasn’t so sure. She slept with me in the king and had a great sleep though!
