Pros: I didn't check in directly with the owner and checked out without a word. It was nice because the nearby store and restaurant were very close. It is very quiet around. The transportation is convenient. There is also a separate bathroom.

Cons: It was a place where there was not a single regret.

Comfortable and affordable stay in Vancouver.

Pros: Monica was a great host. She was friendly and proactively communicated with us prior to checking in. She also went out of her way to hold on to our luggage after we had checked out while we were out exploring the city. The neighborhood is close to the airport and can be reached using public transport - Bus and Skytrain, within 30 mins.

Cons: Nothing major to discuss. We had a comfortable stay. Only concern would be that the window shades did not completely close and left gaps in between. It would be good to have curtains on the windows for the privacy of the guests.
