Pros: I loved the location a very quiet neighborhood away from the main traffic roads. My room was just up the stairs but away from the other doors. I heard a few voices at night when people came home.The room was spacious with a separate closet and lots of seating.The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Cons: I have difficulty with stairs so with 3 separate sets it was not fun. There were only 2 towels no face cloth.I was to do a wipe down but there were no cleaning cloths. A napkin was all I had.The area to place shoes was muddy and could use a good cleaning.

Short and sweet stay, location okay and clean property

Pros: Perfect place for budget stay if you’re planning to travel to Vancouver. For it’s price can describe it is as the best what you can find on Booking as price/quality. Very nice and friendly owner. Always in touch if you need any help or support. Good rooms, who is everything that you need inside. Despite the fact that we travelled at winter time - it was warm inside, plus every room has additional heater if you need it. good Wi-Fi and smart TV was also there. From the house to the Vancouver city centre approximately 40 minutes ride by train. But you won’t feel any problems about that. Good public transport location, house is one minute away from the bus stop and five minutes away from train stop, that will be perfect if you don’t have a car. So everything was cool !)

Cons: A little bit weird rule that you need to throw your trash from rubbish bin during checkout. Never met anything like that in any apartments/rooms or houses…
