Pros: On main bus line Dunbar St. Grocery shop and pharmacy just up the road. Bed comfortable queen.

Cons: No good if over 5 foot 7 inches you'll probably hit your head. We are this tall and didn't. No toaster or can opener. Frypan shallow and portable cooktop leaves no room on kitchen bench so didn't use.
