Pros: Absolutely beautiful house, VERY clean and ambiance was warm and welcoming. The host, Les, is exceptional. 3 weeks of pure luxury for me.

Cons: Not close enough for services for me. Others didn't seem to mind, though.

NEWER YORKVILLE WETLANDS RETREAT

Pros: I like the size of the home , with a large beautiful island in the very nice kitchen. Warm fireplace and plenty of relaxing seating. The house is always very clean because I am staying here long term and I am the chosen one to keep it clean. Garage space for my car is appreciated too. Quiet here most of the time. The bedroom has a nice south and west view, so there is plenty of sunshine and natural light coming into the room. Across the street from the home is a natural wetlands area with a paved walkway so no matter what the season one can enjoy and walk around the wetlands area .Happy I am here!

Cons: Well just a few things come to mind, a locked door and a smoke alarm that chirps away because nobody has a key for the room yet. The reduction in the rate per month should be alot more because it is a very large home to keep clean.
