Pros: The house is very clean and quiet. The host goes above and beyond expectations. Always available for questions and advice about the area. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. Pros: Everything was great, we had a great week in this accommodation!! The place is clean and quiet. The owner is super friendly, responds quickly and is very helpful. It's a very good value for money. The only downside is that you're 20 minutes from Calgary, but frankly, if you have a car, that's not a problem. So just perfect, one of the best accommodations I've had !!

Pros: 98% clean. Visually appealing, a place you can feel at home. Facilities are functional. A very helpful and friendly host that you can chat with anytime, since it is a shared home. My family and I slept well, and nothing bothered us. We were able to request access use the laundry room to wash clothes and they come out clean, fresh, and dry. Bed and sheets are clean and fresh.

Cons: I had issues entering the main entrance's door code, the host had to be there in person to open it every time. I am not sure if the code I was given was old or something, or maybe it was me not knowing how to operate the lock but it was more difficult to use than the inside room's code lock. The 2% that was not clean was the bathroom sink's faucet spout, it was all crusty and grimey, like it was covered in something like calcium mineral deposits or dried old toothpaste. The shower is functional but could be better, the plunger to make the shower head spray, did not fully engage and the spout would drizzle a bit. Shower head had some build up of mineral deposits. The bathroom fan was there but could not keep up to vent the steam out. The electric hot water kettle had made the water taste like the plastic of the kettle itself; host, I suggest replacing it with a metal or glass kettle please.
