A basic clean no-frills accommodation with friendly helpful staff.

Pros: Boyles Bar less than 100 meter walk. Good draft and bottle beer prices! - clean upbeat decor. Nice hospitable retired clientele. They offer food, too, but did not experience.

Cons: My dislikes were minor ... just oriented about my own difficulties and mostly just in the beginning. Not having good written instruction on locating and driving to the property the first time: unconventional property approach. Could have created a screenshot on Google Maps and use 'Edit' marked up screenshot with lines using any smartphone indicating approaches to property: soild for driving and dashed for walking to the building entrance. The reference to the 'Main Entrance' as the unit entrance not main outside door. The unit entrance lock was very difficult and frustrating to work use and required great speed agility to operate: small number display size, excessive digits, and too short an entry period. Entering the building the first: each entrance door and the concept to enter. Also, nothing mentioned on how to lock the door from outside - difficult to see how the first time. Lack of restaurants, eateries, or even convenience stores (e.g. 7-Eleven) in the area. No elevator to this particular 4th floor unit - other units available not sure of floor.

Pros: The Hosts are amazing. I’d choose to stay here over and over again. I had a great time

Lovely experience

Pros: The hosts were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. The shared spaces were clean and nice. The hosts always ready to help.

Overall it is the good place to stay over with the limited budget

Pros: Safe area, nice host, great parking, location is not too bad, room is good. Also, I got what I asked for. That's very satisfied

Cons: No direction or explanation on something such as coffee is right here or there are cooking tools on the shelf Some of furniture or things in the room needs maintenance seriously

Cons: Kitchen sink was blocked. It took more than 1 hour to clear it and filled 2 full backets of water with precipitations to dump. Informed the manager and is working on it. Need to replinish some amenities in the bathroom
