I stayed for a night only but my stay i considering pleasant. As the room and bathroom are clean.

Pros: I’ve stayed 5 times now and have always had a good experience, the staff are lovely it’s a good location the check in/check out process is easy it’s always clean and the common areas are good. I’ll always stay with them when I come to Kelowna

Pros: Outdoor area. Kitchen great. Nice staff. Near downtown.

Cons: Traffic noise. Noisy interior doors at night but they do recommend earplugs!

Situated in a very convenient position for town sights

Pros: The hostel is very close to the lakefront and the main cultural centre of town. The position really couldn’t be much better. It is on a very busy road though.

Cons: Somehow the hostel just didn’t have the feel that most of them have. Perhaps I just got a different mix of people while I was there.

Very pleasant hostel

Pros: Very good staff, location and comfortable bunks. I am an older woman who ended up on an upper bunk due to it being the last bed available, therefore not as easy for me to get up and down. However, I was already aware that this was possible so not complaining.

Cons: I needed parking but was unaware I would have to pay extra at the time of booking through booking.com.

My second stay was as good as the first, thank you

Pros: Second visit to Hi Kelowna. It was a busy weekend in Kelowna with the Apple Triathlon on over the Saturday and Sunday and the hostel was full. Enjoyed my time again in the 4 bed female dorm all the girls were lovely, considerate and thoughtful. The bathrooms were clean, and the facilities in the kitchen and dining room were good. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. Thank you

Cons: The unknown letter of the booking.com after confirmation that your “confirmation has been canceled” ! Too much excitement before check in 😀

Pros: Clean, friendly, spacious and amazing proximity to the town centre and beaches. The hosts were attentive and helpful. I arrived early and was able to relax and use the kitchen and dining area and get onto their wifi. The beds were a bit old and squeaky, but the sheets were clean. Large lockers in the room. I was in a 4 bed female dorm which felt comfortable and secure. Good air-conditioning in bedrooms and throughout the hostel. The bathrooms and showers were clean and the water was hot. Towels are free. There was a great outdoor seating and eating area. Be aware the hostel takes a CA$100 breakages fee which is returnable.
