Delta Hotels Calgary Airport In-Terminal

Pros: Super convenient, hotel is within the airport. A very nice Mexican restaurant with tasty food in the main central lobby, although the seating area was a little cool, as it's set within such a huge expanse of open space.

Cons: We waited nearly an hour to be served breakfast. Luckily we were not in a rush, but it took some effort with a brusque waitress to have lack of service reflected in our bill. It was annoying to see 'take out' bags being handed out while we were left to sit and wait. After complaining we were told there was only 1 person in the kitchen. If we'd known that we could have got food from the 'grab and go' section.

Great service and location

Pros: The staff were absolutely amazing in helping me fix my booking error. Thank you! Brilliant in airport location made an early flight much easier.

Smooth service - this how hotels should be

Pros: Smooth checkin. Very good breakfast and very good service at the restaurant. I felt compelled to tip excessively

Pros: Easy access from airport, room was a great size, staff were fast and friendly, and offered to hold our bulky bags at reception for us so we didn’t have to lug them up to the room

Cons: For one night stays in an airport hotel I would prefer a location close to lifts etc but our room was right at the very end so a long way to drag luggage

Cons: Didn't like the bedding - loose cover on duvet.

Pros: The location .We are staying there when we have a flight out the next day. No hassle. Just walk over to the terminal, and your done. Stress free

Pros: Everything went really well. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very nice and clean. The location was great right by the Airport.

Cons: Cant think of anything except I think the price of Your rooms are getting way to expensive.
