Pros: Really lovely room with great kitchenette...very well equipped. Firm beds with great pillows. Loved the heated underground parking.

Cons: Stayed Dec. 21 to 27th. Expected no breakfast buffet on 25th and 26th but was not happy there was no breakfast buffet any day we were there even though the website advertised breakfast included. What was included was a cardboard container with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and tater tots. Cold. Microwave. Same breakfast every single day. Rubber eggs. After complaining a bowl of apples and oranges and yogurt were added. Should have been noted on website when booking.

Best Hotel Ever!!!

Pros: This was one of the best hotels I have every stayed in! It was comfortable, quiet and the breakfast that is served is better than any I ever had! I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons: The only small thing that could have been improved was that the shower could have a better shower head but that is something so small and insignificant.

Great Staff - Clean Room - Great Location

Pros: It is a great facility, restaurant onsite is a big plus. The elevators are access card controlled so safety of the guests is paramount. Room was clean and well maintained. the breakfast was included in my room price and was weel worth the money.

Cons: So there is nothing wrong with the hotel itself. The issue is that it is more expensive than other hotels in the area. The higher cost of the room is something you need to be aware of.

very enjoyable stay. our room was spacious , quite, clean and comfortable.

Pros: breakfast was excellent, good selection of food, real eggs not the fake scrambled eggs that are served at most hotels. service was very good all the staff were friendly.

A good short or long term stay option in Fort McMurray. Good value for the money

Pros: The rooms were very large, clean and well maintained. Pleasantly surprised as this isn’t a chain I would normally stay at, but have now reconsidered this after staying here. The staff was friendly, helpful with requests for extra coffee or towels. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection to suit a wide variety of tastes. They offer to go breakfast orders, requested from the night before. Underground and outside parking and power plugs for the car in the winter months. It’s close to the highway, a short drive to downtown or the mines/plants.
