Pros: Every staff member was curtious and helpful. Above and beyond service.. Front desk Karen was helpful and very polite. She helped with transition from one room to another and upgraded room.

Cons: Sometimes the hot food was cold..

Clean , comfortable, awesome, well kept accommodation 😁😁

Pros: Clean , comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, specifically Alex on nightshift and Jose (?) dayshift went over and above to accommodate my request to stay an extra day . The breakfast ladies are very kind and helpful ❣️❣️ Will definitely be back 😁

Pros: Huge room. Pet friendly @C$25. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great bathroom. Pool and hot-tub 👍

Cons: Such a new building and still noise from above level as well resonating ventilation. Missed opportunity to score a 10 🙋🏻‍♂️

Pros: The rooms were so nice n clean. The whole hotel was beautiful. Breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Pros: Excellent layout. Sustainable energy and environmental processes are taken into consideration at all levels.

Cons: Older staff mostly ignores you and talkscto each other. When you need something you have to interrupt them to get their attention. The younger staff is very helpful and attentive.

Pros: Facilities very clean. Crisp, modern styling. Kitchen in the suite was well stocked for food preparation. Breakfast area had metal utensils instead of single-use cutlery and plates. The guinea pigs in a cage in the lobby area were cute, although I wonder if all the human traffic bothered them.

Cons: There was a constant whirring sound which I could not turn off. It was hard to tell if it was a permanently running bathroom fan or the fridge near the bathroom.

Pros: Bon emplacement de l’hôtel ; nous avions réservé une suite studio Queen qui était spacieuse, bien agencée et très propre. Comme je l’avais souhaité on a eu une suite au 3eme étage au calme. Bon petit déjeuner

Cons: J’aurais mis un 10 si la réceptionniste avait été plus sympathique et souriante avec nous ; elle n’a même pas indiqué où se trouvait la piscine.

Pros: The facilities were so clean and updated. Breakfast was very good. The staff and the hotel were very family friendly. They offered my kids and dog treats during our stay. The pool had some floaties and was the perfect temperature. It was very nice
