Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff, pet friendly , fair breakfast.

Pros: Bed was the best ever very comfortable, pillows excellent with a variety of types to choose from, I get a sore neck so this was very important to me. Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. Location close to shopping. only complaints was the shower either didn't work or we couldn't find anything on or under the tap to turn it on and bathroom could have used some repairs to torn wallpaper and caulking around the tub but we understood pet friendly rooms were probably older rooms. My husband didn't like the bagged eggs (scrambled looking) suggest to use fresh eggs. The rest of the breakfast was good. But we would stay there again because the beds are fantastic and the pillows and it was very quiet. My husband said he had the best sleep ever.

Cons: Short tub and shower not working. We have soaker tubs at home so I like a deeper tub.

Very satisfied. Very well run hotel.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Super clean. Super helpful and pleasant staff. They had lots of people working-weren’t short staffed.

Cons: More comfortable easy chair in the room to watch tv.

It was my second stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.

Pros: The breakfast was filling and satisfying. Ambiance and decor were modern and clean. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Cons: The computer keyboard on the business centre computer was not functioning properly. I donated my used keyboard to the hotel.

Very enjoyable. Had everything a person could want or need.

Pros: Passing thru from Wpg. Cleanliness was impeccable. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was above expectations for a continental. And it was nice to be able to watch the Calgary Stampede on TV!

Cons: Not applicable. All great.
