Pros: Our view from the room was beautiful and where rhe hotel is it’s very easy to walk to most places.

Cons: We were in room 602 and the bed was very squeaky

Pros: Clean and well-maintained room, excellent fitness room.

Cons: The breakfast can hardly be called a breakfast. It was more like a collection of a few unhealthy snacks. I have experienced much better breakfasts in significantly cheaper hotels.

Well received!

Pros: Clean. Good bedding & linens. Comfortable. We'll renovated. New flooring. Lots of electrical plugs. Easy access from parking lot. Plenty alternative parking. Late arrival (ferry) registering was prompt and efficient

Cons: A little tricky to find parking lot. A dog in one of the rooms yapped for some time as we went to our room. At 1:30am! I was mortified.

Pros: The front desk staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The gentleman was so professional, he called to confirm some details that we talked about upon arrival. I will definitely make this my preferred place to stay will visiting.

Overall a good choice for a night in Prince Rupert

Pros: Friendly front desk agent. Room was comfortable, very clean. Facilities such as TV, WiFi worked fine. Good coffee machine. Bathroom in good condition.

Cons: Use of small containers for shower gel, shampoo etc which are wasteful. Breakfast was quite basic with limited choices. Not so keen on the idea of asking for a $5 per bag storage fee which is donated to charity.

Clean and comfortable stay.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean currently being refurbished. Staff were friendly.

Cons: My room had the sound of the outside traffic light every time a pedestrian crossed the road. This isn’t controllable by the hotel other than potentially better sound proofing.
