Cons: The front desk clerk did not know about any restaurants in town. We like recommendations to choose where we eat. There was nothing in the room, not even a photocopies sheet, of things to do or see in Westlock and the surrounding area. Again, we like personal recommendations

Excellent stay, I would do it again

Pros: Breakfast was excellent with lots of options, the staff was quite friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent in a quiet part of town

Cons: Vegetarian options are limited, which is typical for most hotels. (instead of just bacon and eggs, you could throw in some baked beans as well),

Excellent

Pros: The breakfast was great. I really appreciated the variety of breakfast items.

Cons: We checked in early but did not go to the room till about 10:30 pm. It was 24 degrees in there and took forever for the A/C to reach a comfortable temperature. It certainly got cooler by the middle of the night and we had wonderful duvets to cover up with.

We enjoyed a night's stay in a clean and comfortable room in an excellent location.

Pros: The Continental Breakfast was excellent. It reflected the excellence of the Canalta chain's experience.

Overall a very nice stay, quiet with a nice breakfast and facilities. Very clean and organized.

Pros: Well, thought out hotel. Quick elevators and they were removed from the rooms to reduce noise. The same goes for the ice machines. Just a nice and thoughtful layout. I liked many of the small touches, such as the towels in the room to wipe up snow melt or dirt. The staff also freshened up the room nightly and even re-stocked my coffee bar, which many hotels forget to do.

Cons: Pool was closed one morning during 'open' hours due to maintenance. I was kind of excited about relaxing in the hot tub that morning, but it was due to safety (chemical levels).
