Nova Inn Yellowknife

The staff are wonderful.

Pros: Fatima 、Jagjeet These two were so kind and really went out of their way to help us. Thank you so much! Thanks to them, we were able to see the aurora.

Cons: The room we were shown at first had a bad smell. However, once we mentioned it, they responded immediately and arranged a different room, so we’re satisfied.

Pros: Hotel staff were excellent and made efforts to meet every customer's needs. Wish to especially give a shout out to both Sanvir and Navdip of customer service for their kind attention and support rendered during my stay.

Cons: The facility in general and in room items at the annex building were lacking or not working well.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle after my flight was easy to find and didn't require extra effort to book. The room itself was comfortable and there was a Keurig in the room for coffee.

Great stay in great city!

Pros: At first we had side by side rooms which was great! Staff was very helpful with the few problems we had, they made sure to do.best to fix them and explain. The location is amazing between Old Town and Downtown

Pros: The hotel is located close to the edge of downtown and just up the hill from Old Town, making it easy to explore both on foot. The room was clean and a good size. It also had air conditioning, which was great due to the heat wave Yellowknife was having. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Restaurant onsite has tasty desserts and they were also very friendly. The hotel also has an airport shuttle.

Cons: We unfortunately were told that the hotel had been overbooked and we were given a room with 2 queen beds instead of a room with 1 king bed. But the manager and other staff were quick to apologize and give us a partial refund.

Pros: Spacious room with kitchenette. Walking distance to downtown. Great steam shower in exercise room. Friendly staff. On-site restaurant.

Cons: Tiles in kitchenette chipped and cracked. TV too small for size of room. Jet tub failed to work.
