Clean, friendly atmosphere just need the elevator to work.

Pros: It is nice that breakfast is included in the price.

Cons: The elevator was out of service. We are an elderly couple with bad knees. We were on the 3rd floor. We did not know the elevator was out of service when we booked.

Affordable and cheerful environment!

Pros: The staffs were very nice and made us feel welcome. The lobby was very cold, the staffs were wearing winter coat to greed us. The room were clean. Older establishment but the price was fair and the breakfast included was great. The service at the restaurant was excellent. I felt bad as most customers were taking advantage of the free breakfast and forget to leave a tip to the server. We sure tip her well as she was happy, smiley eventhough it was 6 am when we ate. The front and restaurant staffs were very cheerful. Thank you for your great service. But, the only downfall were the beds were not super comfy and I was not a fan of the pillow cases. In all, I would go back.

Cons: I did not like the pillow cases and the beds weren't very comfy. But we all have different preferences for mattresses.

Great value, quite, clean and comfy pillows and bed.

Pros: Breakfast was was good, lots of choice, eggs perfectly cooked, and bacon.

Cons: Coffee stronger full flavour but thats personal preference 😊

Pros: The fact the was a restaurant right on site with kind service.

Cons: The parking lot can use some work. It got a little tight for larger trucks to maneuver in.

Pros: I really enjoyed staying here! A friend and I came in for a night for a concert. The staff were very friendly, welcoming us, and very knowledgeable whenever I had a question. We stayed in a room with 2 double beds and it was very spacious and clean! I also loved the idea of using clean, but stained face cloths for cleaning up instead of just throwing them out. The free breakfast the next morning was delicious. Oh and there was a live band playing in the lounge after the concert and I thought that was so cool! This was a lovely stay and I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Dawson Creek again. Thank you so much!

Cons: The beds were a little uncomfortable, too firm for my liking.

Location and great amenities!

Pros: The breakfast option, full kitchen and laundry room were fantastic. All the staff were super helpful.

Basic, comfortable hotel with good amenities in central Dawson Creek

Pros: The breakfast was good, and there was a fitness center across the street that they give you a free pass to if you stay with them. The room was basic, comfortable, and clean. Pretty close to downtown.

Cons: The rooms could be updated, and bedding. Place looks a bit dated. Also front desk staff were lukewarm, seemed indifferent to greeting guests.

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the need arises

Pros: The breakfast was a hit , to be able to choose your menu not continental was a plus for us . Staff was courteous and attentive . Room was clean and well stocked .

Cons: Room was a lil dated , but comfortable . Air conditioner was a lil loud , but to be expected for a wall mounted unit .

Pros: We found the staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

Pros: Just finished long hitch of work and they were very accommodating letting me check in early..much appreciated
