Excellent, I will recomend to Spruce City Minor Boys Fastball Association for their teams to stay at

Pros: Staff was excellent, arranged with another incoming guest to switch rooms as I did't realize there was no elevator. Wife was having surgery in Smithers. Bed was super soft, I got a great night sleep. Realized bed would be too soft for the wife after surgery, front desk understood and did not charge us for the last night. We checked out just before 12.

Cons: No elevator, my fault I should have paid more attention to amenities when booking.

Overall very comfortable stay

Pros: Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful, moved us to the main floor to accommodate small children. Beds were super comfortable

Cons: Rooms were a little dated and in need of minor cosmetic repairs. Not much choice of television channels- nothing for kids.

Pros: The staff were great. The room was adequate. Would have been nice to have some resturant brochures in the room for take out or eat in options. All in all it was a good stay.

Pros: The service was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and really made us feel welcome. Rooms were a little dated, but smelled clean and fresh. Amenities were stocked and I loved the lip balm!!

Cons: There's no parking! There are a few spots along the one side of the building, and room for a few in the dirt in behind the hotel but not nearly enough spots for how many rooms are sold. We had to park in the manager's spot because there was no other parking for us.
