Howe Sound Inn & Brewing Company

Stayed many times; will stay many times more - my home away from home.

Pros: The rooms are great but the pub downstairs makes the stay so comfortable - friendly staff in the hotel and pub ensure a great stay every time (I've stayed here many many times)and the menu in the pub is full of excellent choices.

Cons: I wish there was a lvl 2 EV charging station nearby, but that's not the hotel's fault :)

Our two night stay at the Howe Sound Inn & Brewing Company in Squamish was overall excellent.

Pros: The Howe Sound Inn & Brewing Company is located near the head of Howe Sound and the mouth of the Squamish River at the corner of Cleveland Ave. and Vancouver St. From this location it was easy to access public parks - Spa'kw'us Feather Park and Skwelwil'em Squamish Estuary Wildlife Management Area - as well as the town centre with its shops and restaraunts. The associated brew pub has a great menu and a good selection of Howe Sound beer on tap. We were able to make it to the Watershed Grill and Backcountry Brewery. Hiked in Alice Lake Provincial Park. Overall, It was a great relaxing weekend.

Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable.Breakfast snack tray in the room lobby was a nice touch.

Cons: Nothing to not like.

Recommended as a good base for exploring Squamish and surrounds.

Pros: Complimentary continental breakfast was a bonus. Our room had a great view of The Chief.

Pros: Stayed on two separate occasions and had a similar experience both times. The restaurant and bar attached to the inn are the strong point, good food, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Location is Squamish is a plus, you can walk downtown in a few minutes and parking is easy The place is clean, the rooms are fine if a little dated. Over it seemed good value.

Cons: Breakfast is very limited, a trolley of cereal, fruit tubs, croissants and doughnuts served in the upstairs hall with no hot drinks. There is an option of using your room drinks but you're better going elsewhere. When we came to leave, there was nobody on reception. We waited 15 mins, before another staff member took our key but wasn't able to check us out.

Pros: Great location. Basic room but super comfortable bed and very clean. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Helpful and friendly staff on reception. Good food and beer at the attached pub.

Pros: Right next to a great brew pub but super quiet. Friendly staff. Discount for gondola

It was the perfect location for a one night stay.

Pros: The view was amazing, and location was perfect. Loved the brewery attached
