Pros: Location is convenient right off the hwy only few mins drive to any thing u might want and grand forks is 20 mins away .

Pros: I loved that the front desk guy knew who we were right when we walked in, had everything ready for us. I liked that our rooms were side by side. Loved the covered patio that we could all sit out on while it was raining. Very clean room which was so nice, it smelled good too. Bed was comfy, had a little fridge that I used. Basic and clean, exactly what we wanted/needed. Price point was great! Would definitely stay there again on our next bike trip.

Cons: I didn’t like that our bathroom did not have a shower or showerhead that could be used to stand up and have a shower. It was a nice big jacuzzi, with a shower head beside the tap but no way to stand up and properly wash your hair/body without making the water flow all over the wall and floors. BUT the other rooms had stand up showers, just not ours with the jacuzzi.

Comfortable, spacious room, clean and quiet.

Pros: We booked a King room on the upper floor at the back, looking out over the trees. It was clean and quiet, just what we were looking for. The front desk staff were very pleasant and hospitable when we checked in.

Pros: The room was very spacious. The play area was great, though it could use some maintenance for safety reasons. Food options close by. The owner seemed lovely.

Cons: The locals we ran into (few, we were only there a night) we're not friendly. Beach access in this community is not great if your accommodation doesn't include it. The hotel was fine. We didn't get the King room I booked due to some sort of plumbing issue.
