Richca Chalets Resort

Pros: Good layout, so rare for 3 beds in a hotel for family of 4. Comfortable and cozy.welcoming staff.

Cons: Another couch in the living room space would have been great to fit everyone in front of the TV

Pros: Beautiful chalet where we enjoyed family time comfortably. Our needs were met in unit, including complimentary comb/toothbrush/toothpaste combo. Never have I seen that offered, wonderful for travelers. At check-in a basket with some comfort snacks was offered. Spacious unit, decorated in a home comfort style. I never feel comfortable in hotels/motels, they feel like the doctors office to me, stiff and uncomfortable; but the chalet felt like this was my living space, we felt at home so we could fully relax. Was very nice, highly recommend!

A Restful Resort

Pros: My stay at Richca Chalets Resort was a memorable experience. All staff from management to housekeeping to the handyman were friendly, quick to respond to any requests, and always cheerful. Daily housekeeping made sure I had ample coffee supplies, clean towels and fresh garbage bags. The new owners are in the midst of renovations and while I was there, they were moving the office. Lots of laughter while workmen bustled in and out. Some newly renovated suites have such amenities as bidets. I stayed in a ground floor room which made easy access for my dog and I to get outside with my walker. The staff greeted myself and my dog with a friendly \

Pros: Helpful staff and charming flat with a look that takes you back to the 90s, I loved it ! They gave us some crisps as a welcome gift, which is a nice touch

Cons: The cabins sharing a wall, it can be a bit noisy if the guests next door are snoring

Would definetly stay again.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable. Parking was right at the door of the room. Staff was very curtious and showed me right to the unit. Room was equipped with a fridge and microwave although I didn't need it this time. Room was quiet.

Pros: We booked late in the day and couldn't check in til after hours. We received prompt communication on the issue and felt comfortable arriving late.

A must stay!

Pros: This place is such a gem! Very thrilled that we found this place. The room we stayed in was clean and cozy. It featured a bidet toilet which is pretty fancy. The bed was comfy. The medicine cabinet had tooth brushes and tooth paste if you forgot your own. They definitely have great hospitality!

Pros: I booked my stay on line and was lucky enough to get in on very short notice..... about an hr or less. Very very friendly staff and so accommodating. Cute little place and very clean. Would highly recommend this place. 👍👍
